To deliver nothing but the best to our customers, the scope of our services is split in two segments, pre- and post-recruitment.

Pre-recruitment:

Our six steps state of the art process is designed to ensure that we nominate only the highest potentials in the refugee community to our customers. For more info see the video below.

All you have to do is to tell us what profile are you looking for and we will take care of the rest. 

To maintain our agile company culture, we work with the concept of "no cure, no pay".


Post-recruitment:

Refugees are typically socially vulnerable in their host countries. They still need to undergo an integration process to learn the host culture and habits. The life transformation phase they are going through can have various factors defocusing them from their jobs. They usually need to sort out basic issues such as accommodation, transportation, etc.  

After recruitment our job is to take care of our team so they focus on taking care of your business. We will make sure that they arrive at work energetic and motivated by working on eliminating all potential defocusing factors.
